Reggie Hall - President/CEO, Organizational Strategist, Technology Architect
Throughout his more than 30-year career, Reggie has provided clients with strategic direction and support on a wide range of topics including:
Human Resource Design/Operation
Executive Listening and Facilitation
Always intrigued by technology, in 1996 he helped launch the use of Internet technology in the benefits arena when he worked with Dell Computer on the first fully interactive web benefits enrollment tool for new hires. That application was followed by what most believe was the first real time and transactional online Total Rewards Statement in 1997.
In 2015, in response to a client need, Reggie architected the Career Transition Center web portal used by clients in North America and Europe to facilitate communication with employees impacted by a layoff.
In 2016, he led the design of the Talent Reduction Impact Modeling System, (TRIMS®), which facilitates integrated, real-time financial modeling of staffing in anticipation of potential layoffs or restructuring.
Reggie has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and Business Insurance magazine on the subject of expanding technology applications for Human Resources. He also authored an article in Workspan Magazine on Breaking Communication Myths.
