In 2015, in response to a client need, Reggie architected the Career Transition Center web portal used by clients in North America and Europe to facilitate communication with employees impacted by a layoff.

In 2016, he led the design of the Talent Reduction Impact Modeling System, (TRIMS®), which facilitates integrated, real-time financial modeling of staffing in anticipation of potential layoffs or restructuring.
